Meet Kate
Ayurvedic counsellor, mental health worker and Yogi
....and parent, and vintage lover, and slave to a hot chip. Like many people I juggle a lot, it's how I love to live life. I rely on Yoga and the practices of Ayurveda to help keep me in good health, so I can keep on juggling.

A few years ago I made the switch from the studio to full time work in mental health. I traded my mat for a desk and suddenly my routine was pushed to the very edges of my day. My opportunities for movement, self care, good nutrition and relaxation became scarce.
Yet the demands I had placed on me increased. Longer working hours, more responsibility at the end of each day I had a sliver of time with my three sons to connect and engage with what ever I had left.

I am hearing similar stories from people all over. The balance of work-life is a constant struggle and often the self-care and resilience building, is the first thing to go.

I'm passionate about righting this imbalance and improving your energy levels so you can tick off the big goals in life.
